     The ADT853 card is a high performance two-axis motion laser control card basing on PCI bus. 32-bit PCI bus, PNP. Two-axis stepping/servo motor control, each axis is controlled separately and won’t affect the other. The position can be changed to ring shape and the speed can be changed at any moment. Advanced functions such as continuous interpolation are available. The pulse output mode is either single pulse (pulse + direction) or double-pulse (pulse + pulse). l         16 channels digital input/16 channels digital output with optical coupling isolation, including two positive/negative limiting signals of each axis

l         One channel D/A output controls frequency converter or laser intensity

l         One channel PWM pulse width regulation output

l         Change the speed and target position in real time during motion

l         Read the logical position, actual position, driving speed, acceleration and driving state in real time during motion

l         Each axis has three STOP signals used for origin, deceleration and coder Z phase search

l         Each axis has two 32-bit comparand register, used for software limiting

l         Each axis has 8-in/8-out digital I/O, including two positive/negative limiting signals, three stop signals, one servo on location signal, one servo alarm signal and one universal input signal. All signals except the two limiting signals can be used as universal input signal and the digital output can be used fro servo start and servo alarm reset.
The position counter is integrated with variable ring function. The logical position counter and actual position counter are 32-bit up/down ring counter

Control mode:

Continuous interpolation motion:

Input the interpolation data of next instruction during interpolating for preprocess, ensuring the continuity of pulse output, making the interpolation smooth and continuous and improving thee processing precision.

Position management:

Use two add-subtract counters; one is the logical position counter for internal management of driving pulse output and the other is actual position counter receiving external pulse input. The input signal is the coder or grating bar inputted by A/B phase, or the input signal of up/down pulse. The bit of actual position counter is 32 and the maximum range is –2,147,483,648~+2,147,483,647. The external input also may be through handwheel and used as common counting. 

Speed control:

Available speed controls include constant, linear, S curve acceleration/deceleration, asymmetric linear acceleration/deceleration, automatic/manual deceleration; prevent speed curve generating triangular waveform under constant driving.

Development library and operating system:

Support DOS, WINDOWS XP/2K/NT/98/95, WINCE

Support programming in C, BC++, VC, VB, C++Builder, Delphi, Labview, EVC, etc.
