After-Sales Service Commitment
For Adtech products, we provide international warranty service, an one-year guarantee of repair, and a life-long maintenance service, as well as service hotline and online technical support.
Service Terms and Conditions
1. Service object: These after-sales service terms and conditions are applicable to Adtech series products produced by Adtech CNC Technology CO.,LTD
2.Technical support and service
We have experienced technical team and perfect before & after service system.
- To take certain actions to customer's complaints within 1 to 2 working days.
- To provide online products information and technical information support at 7 × 24 hours.
- One-year reparation guarantee for products,lifelong maintenace.
3. One-year guarantee of replacement: In twelve months from the date of purchase (if the customer cannot provide a proof for the actual date of purchase, we shall calculate the warranty period from the date of shipment), if any failure within the scope of warranty occurs to the product and timely repair service is not available, the customer can ask for a replacement of the faulty product. The customer can return the faulty product to our repair center in maintenance department. After we confirm that the faulty product is within the scope of service, we will replace the faulty product with a product of the same model for the customer. The customer shall bear the freight for returning the faulty product to the repair center, and we shall bear the freight for delivering the replacement product to the customer. By accepting our six-month replacement guarantee service, a customer agrees that we can re-sell a repaired and tested product which has been returned by the customer to the same customer when he (or she) buys the same model of product the next time.
4. Life-long maintenance service: We provide our customers with maintenance service throughout the service life of the products from the date of purchase. For faulty products within the warranty period but not covered by the scope of the warranty and for products beyond the warranty period, we will provide paid repair service. After the customer confirms the repair cost, we will arrange repair service. For detailed repair service stipulations, refer to the section below.
